why i supervise:
I believe early-career clinicians deserve support that is compassionate, grounded, and clinically solid. I remember what it felt like to be new in the field learning about complex trauma, ethical decisions, how to assess and diagnosis. I want to offer my guidance and expertise to upcoming clinicians who want to learn and serve the community. My goal as a supervisor is to create a space where new therapists feel safe to slow down, reflect deeply, and grow their clinical intuition.
Supervision is where clinicians learn to trust their voice, understand their reactions, and develop an embodied sense of competence. I supervise to help therapists build confidence—not through perfectionism, but through presence, curiosity, and integrity. Helping clinicians transform into grounded, attuned therapists creates greater access to trauma informed care.

A structured 90-minute monthly Zoom group for deep clinical reflection
$75 per group · Limited to 5 clinicians
Groups will be held the last Friday of each month at 12pm EST
Optional 1 to 1 Supervision 1x per month for 60 minutes: Investment $150
