Yes, we do. Superbills provided upon request.
A superbill is a monthly receipt for services paid. It can be provided for clients with out of network benefits to submit to their insurance carrier. Clients are welcome to request the practice to use Mentaya for filing out of network claims. This would prevent you from having to manage superbills with insurance directly if you choose. For more information on Mentaya click here. Please note all service fees for traditional sessions are due 15 mins before session begins and the practice would file the out of network claim after each session for you to receive eligible reimbursement directly from insurance.

You don’t accept my insurance, can I be reimbursed by my insurance for seeing an out of network provider?
You can if you have out of network benefits for mental health services. Below are some steps to take to find out.
Call member/customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Share that you are in starting therapy with an out of network provider and ask the following:
Do I have a out of network benefits for virtual mental health services and what is the deductible?
How much will my insurance cover for out of network therapy after my deductible is met?
Are there any restrictions or session limits with my plan?
How can I submit my superbill (receipt) for services that I have paid for?
To qualify for reimbursement do the sessions have to be in person or virtual?
