Do you offer Superbills?
Yes, superbills provided upon request.
A superbill is a monthly receipt for services paid. It can be provided for clients with out of network benefits to submit directly to their insurance carrier. Clients are welcome to request the practice to use Mentaya for filing out of network claims. This would prevent you from having to manage superbills with insurance directly if you choose. For more information on Mentaya click here. Please note all service fees for traditional sessions are due before session begins and then the practice would file the out of network claim after each session for you to receive eligible reimbursement directly from insurance.
